we have to be able to be friends with each other before ever starting to
become romantic. he must match my sarcastic and dry sense of humor, or at
least understand it. he must care very much about family. he must be very
affectionate, but realize that there are times when i need my space. he must
be capable of taking care of himself financially. he must have the ambition
to make changes to improve his life, rather than just wishing things would
be better. he must be open minded on subjects of religion and politics. he
doesn't necessarily have to have a college education, but he must be able to
keep up with intelligent conversation and have an educated opinion on
things. he must fully understand that our relationship is a partnership, and
we share all duties as equally as possible, such as working, paying bills,
cleaning, cooking, child rearing, ect.
